If you don't plan on storing a large number of movies and/or music on your laptop, which are typically very large files, you should do just fine with a 60-80 GB hard drive.</p><p>You should also consider any peripherals you'll need, such as wireless internet access. You can buy wireless cards if your inexpensive notebook doesn't have one built in. Depending on how frequently you have to transfer information, a multimedia reader can also be quite useful. Lastly, you might want to have a good optical disc drive to play and record CDs and DVDs.</p><p>So with all these considerations in mind, how much will a cheap notebook computer cost you?
